Optimalisasi Daya Jual UMKM Mie Lidi melalui Inovasi Pemasaran

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan UMKM mie lidi “Mitra Abadi” milik Bapak Syamsul Hadi di Desa Kertonegoro Kecamatan Jenggawah Kabupaten Jember. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan fakta bahwa tersebut menghadapi beberapa permasalahan yaitu muncul pesaing usaha baik Dusun yang sama maupun daerah lain se-Kabupaten Jember, distribusi penjualan hanya tujuh Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Timur, dan belum pernah melakukan promosi secara online. Tujuan adalah guna mengoptimalkan daya jual melalui inovasi pemasaran digital.Pelaksanaan dimulai bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2022 Mitra Abadi. Kegiatan melibatkan 2 mahasiswa dari Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Niaga. Metode dilaksanakan sosialisasi tentang e-commerce, pelatihan pengambilan foto produk menarik, serta pembuatan akun posting e-commerce.Hasil karyawannya telah mengetahui e-commerce. cara mengambil memiliki menarik untuk diunggah Abadi e-commerce Instagram Shopee, WA dimiliki sudah diubah menjadi bisnis.
